What grades of stainless and carbon steel do you supply?

We regularly stock 201, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310S, 321, 2205, 904L, 430, Q235, Q345, 45#, 50CrVA, and 30Mn2. Need a custom alloy or a grade not listed? Just send us the spec-we'll check mill availability and get back to you within 24 hours.

Can you provide custom cutting or fabrication?

Yes. Our workshop handles precision shearing, waterjet/plasma cutting, CNC milling, slitting, bending, drilling, and polishing. Send your drawings or tolerance notes-we'll confirm feasibility and lead time within one business day.

What surface finishes are available?

Standard options: 2B, BA, Hairline, No. 4, Mirror. Advanced treatments we do in-house: pickling & passivation, electropolishing, bead blasting, PVD coloring, and mechanical embossing. Not sure which finish fits your application? We can send physical finish samples-just cover the shipping.

Do your materials comply with international standards?

Yes. We supply to ASTM, EN, JIS, and GB standards. Every batch ships with Mill Test Certificates showing heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
Note: If your project requires dual-certification, please mention it when ordering-we'll coordinate with the mill in advance.

Do you provide MTC with every shipment?

Always. All orders include EN 10204 3.1 MTC with heat number, chemical analysis, tensile/yield strength, elongation, and hardness data. Certificates are traceable to the original mill lot. We keep digital copies for 5 years-if you lose yours, just ask and we'll resend.

Are your products ISO 9001 certified?

Our quality management system has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2018. The standard covers everything from raw material inspection to final packaging.

How do you verify material grades before shipment?

Every batch gets checked on our handheld XRF spectrometer for grade confirmation, plus dimensional checks and surface inspection. For high-value or regulated projects, third-party verification is available-just let us know your preference when confirming the order.

Can I request a pre-shipment inspection?

Yes, absolutely. We welcome client-appointed inspectors or third-party agencies. We'll arrange access to production lines, QC records, and packaging areas. Inspection reports are shared before container sealing.
Pro tip: If you're sending an inspector, please give us 3–5 days' notice so we can schedule around production peaks.

What is your MOQ?

It depends on the product:

  • Standard 304/316 sheets or coils: 1–2 tons
  • Custom-cut parts: 500 kg minimum
  • Fabricated components: 100 pcs

For new clients, we accept trial orders as low as 200 kg to help you validate quality first. Just note: small batches may have slightly longer lead times due to production scheduling.

What is the typical lead time?

  • Standard stock items: 5–7 working days
  • Custom cutting/processing: 7–12 days
  • Complex fabrication or PVD/electropolishing: 10–15 days

Rush orders can be prioritized.
Heads up: During peak season, please confirm schedule with our production planner in advance-mill lead times can extend by 2–3 days.

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes. We provide free material samples for evaluation. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Sample MTC and finish reference cards are included.

Do you accept small or trial orders?

Yes. We support prototyping, pilot runs, and low-volume custom projects. Pricing scales with quantity, but quality control and documentation remain identical to bulk orders.

How do you package steel for export?

Standard export packing includes:
- VCI anti-rust film
- Waterproof PE outer layer
- Reinforced steel strapping + fumigation-free plywood pallets/crates
We optimize load plans for container space and share pre-shipment photos. Note: For sea freight to high-humidity regions, we recommend adding extra desiccant packs-just let us know your destination port.

Which shipping terms do you support?

FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, and DDP. We work with trusted freight forwarders and can arrange air, sea, or rail transport based on your urgency and budget. If you have a preferred forwarder, we're happy to coordinate with them directly.

How do you handle export documentation?

We provide commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, MTC, bill of lading, and any required customs declarations. All documents are prepared in English and aligned with destination country requirements. Need documents in another language or format? Just ask-we've handled Spanish, Arabic, and Russian customs paperwork before.

What happens if there's a quality issue upon arrival?

We guarantee material compliance with agreed specs. If discrepancies are confirmed via third-party report, we cover replacement, rework, or refund per our quality warranty clause. Response within 48 hours. In 20 years, we've had fewer than 5 material disputes-all resolved within 2 weeks. Transparency and documentation make the difference.
