At Jiangsu Cunrui, every order follows a fully documented, ISO 9001-aligned production workflow. From mill-certified raw stock to final export packaging, each stage is controlled for dimensional accuracy, surface consistency, and full traceability-ensuring your components arrive exactly to spec.

1. Raw Material Inspection

We source directly from certified mills (TISCO, Baosteel, POSCO). Every batch arrives with mill test certificates (MTC / EN 10204 3.1) and undergoes in-house spectrometer analysis and surface inspection before entering production.

2. Cutting & Sizing

Using CNC shearing, waterjet, and plasma systems, we cut to exact dimensions per your drawings. Tolerance control is maintained throughout, with kerf compensation and edge deburring applied as standard.

3. Surface Treatment

We deliver application-specific finishes in-house: 2B/BA, hairline, mirror (#8), pickling & passivation, bead blasting, and PVD coating. Each treatment is calibrated for uniformity, enhanced corrosion resistance, and consistent aesthetic output.

4. Forming & Fabrication

Our CNC press brakes, rolling mills, and welding stations handle bending, stamping, drilling, and assembly. Processes are sequenced to minimize stress distortion and maintain tight tolerances on complex geometries.

5. Quality Inspection

Multi-stage inspections verify dimensions, thickness, hardness, and surface integrity. Final checks include spectrometer grade confirmation and visual audit. Every shipment includes a complete QC report and traceable heat numbers.

6. Packaging & Delivery

Components are protected with VCI anti-rust film, waterproof wrapping, and reinforced steel strapping on fumigation-free plywood crates or pallets. Load plans are optimized for container space, with pre-shipment photos provided for your records.

By keeping fabrication, finishing, and QC under one roof, we eliminate outsourcing delays, reduce handling damage, and guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.
