This 310S stainless steel sheet performs exceptionally well in thermal shock tests. After undergoing more than 2000 intense temperature cycles, the material's surface oxide layer remains intact without any signs of peeling. Its unique nano-scale dense oxide layer structure can effectively prevent the erosion of high-temperature corrosive media, and still maintains stable performance in harsh environments such as those containing sulfur and chlorine.

Q1: What are the main differences between 310S stainless steel sheet and 310 stainless steel sheet?
A: The 310S stainless steel sheet has a further reduced carbon content (C ≤ 0.06%) compared to 310 stainless steel sheet. This improvement significantly enhances the welding performance and intergranular corrosion resistance of the material. Additionally, the sheet specifications (0.3 - 8.0mm) make it more suitable for applications requiring precise processing and lightweighting, such as aerospace components and precision instrument equipment.


Q2: How do you ensure the surface quality of the 310S stainless steel sheet during long-distance transportation?
A: We employ a four-level protective packaging system: Firstly, we use anti-static isolation film for surface protection; secondly, we use custom corner guards to reinforce the edges; then, we use waterproof and moisture-proof outer packaging; finally, we select specialized packaging boxes based on the transportation method.
