Improper use of stainless steel tableware will deform and discolor, reduce the service life, and even affect human health. Therefore, you should pay attention to the following points when using:

       First, when using stainless steel tableware, do not cook and store over-acid food. Acid will promote the release of chromium contained in stainless steel tableware into food, which is not good for human health;

       Second, do not use stainless steel pots to cook traditional Chinese medicine. Generally speaking, traditional Chinese medicine contains a variety of alkaloids, organic acids and other ingredients. Under heating conditions, these components are prone to chemical reactions, which make the drug ineffective, and even generate some more toxic complexes;

       Third, do not use strong alkaline or strong oxidizing chemicals, such as baking soda, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, etc. to wash stainless steel tableware. Because these substances are strong electrolytes, they will electrochemically react with stainless steel;

       Fourth, stainless steel materials cannot be burnt in air. Because the thermal conductivity of stainless steel is lower than that of iron and aluminum products, the heat conduction is relatively slow, and empty burning will cause the aging and shedding of the chrome-plated layer on the surface of the cookware.
