Recently, our company received an important client inspection team. The two sides conducted in-depth on-site visits and exchanges regarding oil casing products. The inspection team visited our production and processing base and inspected the production process and quality control system of oil casing from raw material entry to finished product exit in full process. They also held a special discussion on product technical standards and customized services.
Witnessing the entire process of "wellbore framework" manufacturing on the production line
Oil casing, as the "safety framework" of oil and gas wells, its strength, sealing performance and anti-collapse performance directly affect the safety of drilling and the integrity of the oil and gas well throughout its life cycle. During the visit, the client visited core workshops such as pipe billet forming, heat treatment, thread processing and finished product inspection. Our accompanying personnel, based on the operation of the on-site equipment, explained in detail to the client the key control points from high-frequency welded master pipes to tension reduction and then to tempering heat treatment.
In the finished product display area, the client focused on viewing samples of common steel grades such as J55, N80 and P110 that comply with API 5CT standards. In response to the client's concerns about deep well and complex working condition application needs, the technicians demonstrated the precise processing effect of the casing thread and the gas seal performance testing process on-site, and explained the core indicators such as wall thickness uniformity and anti-collapse strength. The client affirmed our company's control ability in geometric size accuracy and thread interlock consistency.
