Product Overview
Inconel 601 (UNS N06601 / W. Nr. 2.4851) is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy strengthened by aluminium additions. Its defining advantage is a tightly adherent chromium-aluminium oxide scale that resists spalling under repeated thermal cycling - the exact failure mode that ends the life of lesser alloys in furnace environments.
We supply this grade as a true seamless product, cold-drawn or hot-rolled to your specified OD × WT. Seamless construction eliminates weld-root corrosion and gives uniform wall thickness for consistent heat transfer, which matters when the pipe is itself a process component rather than just a conduit.
Standard inventory covers OD 1/2″ – 12″ (12.7 – 323.9 mm) with wall thicknesses from Sch 5s through Sch 160. Custom lengths up to 12 metres are available on request, and we can cut, bevel and end-cap to your drawing before dispatch.

Jiangsu Cunrui Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a Wuxi-based stockholder and processor of high-nickel alloys, duplex stainless steels and specialty seamless tubing. We are not a trading desk that forwards an enquiry - we hold physical inventory in our Xinwu District warehouse, run in-house cutting and inspection, and ship direct to fabricators and end-users worldwide.
Our facility combines a climate-controlled alloy storage hall, a CNC cutting and bevelling line, and a dedicated QC lab with PMI spectrometer, ultrasonic and eddy-current testers, hydrostatic rig and hardness bench. Every heat entering the yard is re-verified before it is released to a customer order; mismatches never leave the building.
The team handles the technical side so you don't have to: cross-standard grade conversion (ASTM ↔ EN ↔ GOST), mill-certificate review, third-party inspection coordination (SGS, BV, TÜV) and export packing to IPPC ISPM-15. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between Inconel 600 and 601?
A: 601 adds roughly 1.0–1.7% aluminium on top of the 600 base chemistry. That aluminium joins chromium in forming a denser, more spall-resistant oxide scale, which is why 601 is preferred for cyclic high-temperature service where 600 would suffer breakaway oxidation. Mechanical strength at room temperature is similar; the real gap opens above 900 °C.
Q: Can you supply with EN 10204 3.2 or third-party inspection?
A: Yes. Standard supply is 3.1 (mill certificate). For 3.2 we arrange the nominated inspector - SGS, BV, TÜV or your own - to witness testing and countersign the dossier. Please specify at enquiry stage so we can schedule the witness slot.
Q: What is the typical lead time?
A: Standard sizes from stock: 3–7 working days for cutting/inspection/packing. Made-to-order or non-standard OD/WT: 4–8 weeks depending on mill availability. Urgent project pulls can often be expedited - tell us your on-site date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Q: Do you ship to North America and Southeast Asia?
A: Regularly. We ship FCL and LCL from Shanghai and Ningbo to Houston, Long Beach, Vancouver, Singapore, Port Klang, Bangkok, Jakarta and Manila, among others. For US customers we can provide the documentation needed for antidumping/countervailing duty review; for Southeast Asia we handle FORM E and ASEAN customs paperwork.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: No rigid MOQ for stock items - we will cut a single 6-metre length if that is what your repair job needs. Production orders are quoted per heat, typically 500 kg minimum, but we evaluate each request on its merits rather than refusing small quantities outright.
Q: Can you match GOST or other regional standards?
A: Yes. We routinely cross-reference ASTM B167 / B829 against GOST, DIN and EN equivalents, and we can supply to the chemical and mechanical clauses of your regional standard where a direct equivalent exists. Send us the specification clause and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
