Through precise control of the chromium-nickel-molybdenum ratio, this 316 stainless steel plate can form a denser and more stable passivation film in chloride-containing media and acidic environments, with its pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) value reaching over 28. Especially in marine splash zones and chemical equipment, the material remains in good condition after a 1000-hour salt spray test, demonstrating excellent long-term service performance. Moreover, its outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking enables it to have a longer service life in environments with chloride ions.

Quality Assurance
We have established a unique "five-level progressive" quality control system: at the raw material stage, dual verification is conducted using full-spectrum direct reading spectrometers and ICP analyzers; during the hot rolling process, millimeter-level precision control is achieved through laser velocimeters and online thickness gauges; in the cold rolling section, a plate shape automatic control system is employed; the solution treatment is equipped with a full-process temperature tracking system; in the finished product stage, scanning electron microscopes and X-ray diffraction instruments are used for microscopic structure analysis. All 316 stainless steel plates must pass a 2000-hour salt spray test and intergranular corrosion test to ensure reliability in extreme environments.
