Duplex 904L Equal Stainless Steel Angle Bar is an equilateral angle steel made of high-alloy austenitic stainless steel 904L. It possesses excellent corrosion resistance and good forming performance. Compared with conventional 304 or 316L stainless steel, 904L has a nickel content of up to 23-28%, and contains 4-5% molybdenum and 1-2% copper, significantly enhancing its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion, and is particularly suitable for long-term use in strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and acetic acid) and high chloride environments.
This angle steel is produced through advanced rolling technology and strict heat treatment procedures, ensuring precise cross-sectional dimensions, high surface finish, and stable mechanical properties.
