Our 310s stainless steel plate is a premium austenitic stainless steel product, renowned for its unmatched performance in harsh environments. First, it boasts excellent high-temperature resistance-able to maintain stable mechanical properties even at continuous operating temperatures of up to 1035°C and short-term high temperatures of 1150°C, without deformation or performance degradation, making it ideal for high-temperature furnace linings, heat exchanger components, and boiler parts. Second, its corrosion resistance is superior: the high chromium (24-26%) and nickel (19-22%) content forms a dense oxide film on the surface, effectively resisting corrosion from oxidizing media (such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid vapor) and industrial atmospheres, ensuring long-term service life in humid, acidic, or alkaline environments. Additionally, the 310s stainless steel plate has good ductility and weldability, allowing for flexible processing such as cutting, bending, and welding according to customer-specific designs, without cracking or performance loss, adapting to various complex structural manufacturing requirements.
