The product is packed in a fumigated wooden box, strictly in accordance with international standards. The box is made of a fully enclosed mortise-and-tenon structure, with a moisture-proof aluminum foil layer inside. The important components are additionally fixed with pearl cotton independently. Each box is securely reinforced with four-point binding using rust-proof steel wire. The box surface is printed with waterproof marks and mechanical handling diagrams to ensure safety during long-distance shipping and multi-point transfer.

Q1: Why did you choose your 2205 duplex stainless steel welding wire instead of the ordinary austenitic welding wire?
A: Our welding wire is specially designed to match the characteristics of 2205 duplex steel. The weld seam can achieve a balance of ferrite and austenite phases (approximately 50:50), featuring high strength (yield strength ≥ 550 MPa) and excellent resistance to chloride ion corrosion. It is particularly suitable for harsh environments such as marine and chemical industries, and its performance far exceeds that of austenitic welding materials like 304/316.


Q2: How do you ensure that the corrosion resistance of the weld after welding meets the standards?
A: We achieve this by precisely controlling the chemical composition of the welding wire (such as nitrogen content at 0.12-0.18%) and providing corresponding welding process parameters. We ensure the stability of the weld structure. Each batch of products comes with a comparison test report and can provide welding process assessment (WPS) guidance to guarantee that the post-weld pitting resistance index (PREN ≥ 34) complies with the ASTM A923 standard.


Q3: Is customization for special environments (such as ultra-low temperature or high-temperature operation) supported?
A: Yes. We can adjust the alloy ratio according to project requirements and provide specially formulated welding wires that are suitable for extremely low temperatures (-50℃ with impact toughness ≥ 80J) or high temperatures (≤ 300℃ for long-term use).
