--Solution treatment and method for enhancing high-temperature stability

To ensure the long-term stability and performance of 309 stainless steel plate in high-temperature environments, solution treatment is a crucial heat treatment process and the core method for enhancing its high-temperature stability.

Sintering treatment typically involves heating the steel plate to a high temperature range of 1040 - 1150℃ and holding it for an adequate period of time to allow the alloy elements (especially carbides) to fully dissolve into the austenite matrix. Subsequently, a rapid cooling process (usually water quenching) is carried out. This process aims to eliminate any possible non-uniformity in the material's microstructure during rolling or welding, resulting in a uniform single-phase austenite structure. This not only optimizes the material's plasticity and toughness at room temperature, but more importantly, by completely sintering the carbides and releasing the processing stress, it can significantly enhance its creep resistance and structural stability during long-term high-temperature service, effectively delaying the performance degradation of the material under extreme high temperatures.

The 309 stainless steel plates provided by Jiangsu Cunrui Metal Products Co., Ltd. have all undergone strictly controlled solution treatment, ensuring that the materials possess excellent and consistent potential for high-temperature service.
