--Cutting, shaping and post-weld heat treatment precautions

Cutting: The preferred methods are laser or plasma cutting to achieve high efficiency and precision. If mechanical cutting is used, hard alloy tools must be employed and the cutting process should be adequately cooled to control work hardening.
Forming: This material has good ductility and is suitable for forming processes such as cold bending. However, due to a high processing hardening rate, it is recommended to schedule intermediate annealing in larger deformation processes to restore the material's plasticity and prevent cracking.
Post-weld heat treatment: Generally, when using matching welding materials (such as ER309) for welding, no heat treatment is required. However, if the structure is complex or the restraint is high, in order to fully release the welding stress and optimize the high-temperature performance, solid solution treatment (rapid cooling at 1040-1150℃) can be considered.
